 1. Achi Diet: Swasth rahne ke liye poshtik bhojan ka sevan karein, jismein phal, sabziyan, daal, daliya, nuts, aur protein shamil ho.

ana vyayam karna swasth ke liye mahatvapurn hai. Kam se kam 30 minute tak vyayam karein, jaise ki chalna, yoga, ya cardio exercises.
