Swasth aur poshtik bhojan ka sevan karke aap apne sharir ko sahi tarah se poshit rakh sakte hain. Yahan kuch aise khadya padarth hain jo aap apne diet mein shamil kar sakte hain:

 Phal: Seb, kela, anar, santra, aam, aur anya tarah ke phalon ka sevan karein.



2. Sabziyan: Palak, methi, gobhi, tamatar, gajar, shimla mirch, aur baingan jaise hare sabziyan khayein.


3. Daal: Moong, masoor, chana, aur arhar daal se banayi gayi dishes ka sevan karein.


4. Doodh aur Doodh se bani cheezein: Doodh, dahi, paneer, aur chhachh jaise dairy products ka sevan karein.


5. Anaj: Chawal, gehun, jawar, makka, aur bajra jaise anaj ka sevan karein.


6. Nuts aur Beej: Badam, akhrot, kaju, aur til jaise nuts aur beejo ka sevan karein.


7. Protein yukt padarth: Anda, murgi, machhli, paneer, aur soyabean jaise protein yukt padarth ka sevan karein.


Yeh sab padarth aapki poshak tatvo ki purti karte hain aur aapke sharir ko jaruri poshak tatva pradan karte hain. Dhyan rahein ki har ek vyakti ka sharir alag hota hai, isliye apne vishesh swasthya sthiti ke anusar apne doctor ya nutritionist se salah avashya lein.
